Senior Adult Activities

| The Happy Highlanders membership is the senior adults at East Highland Baptist Church. The group's goal is to grow spiritually in their walk with the Lord and fellowship with other Christians. |

The seniors also minister to the sick and shut-ins through visitation. |
| Besides a monthly meeting with a speaker or music, monthly visitation includes delivering Mature Living, Open Window, and the Sunday church bulletin. |

Throughout the year, several trips are made to points of interest. Most trips are only for a day but overnight trips are also planned. |
| The seniors of our area are welcome to join the Happy Highlanders. The 2009 calendar can be viewed and generic schedule is listed below. |
- 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1:00 PM Visitation
- 3rd Friday of each month at 5:30 PM Food, Fun, Fellowship (An evening of games& fellowship bring covered dish or finger foods)
- 4th Wednesday of each month at 11:30 AM Speaker or Music Bring covered dish or finger food
- November and December on 1st Wednesady cooked at church 9:00 AM Breakfast Bring sweet breads and/or jelly if you would like.
